Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these terms if such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond the reasonable control of that party, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, civil unrest, epidemics or pandemics, government actions, labor disputes, power outages, internet disruptions, or failures of third-party systems or services.
The affected party shall notify the other party as soon as practicable and shall use reasonable efforts to mitigate the effects of the force majeure event. If the force majeure event continues for more than 60 days, either party may terminate the affected service agreement without liability.
